I am proud and honored to serve you as your County Assessor.  My pledge to you is simple:  If there is a gray area in the law, I will side with you, the taxpayer.  I will fight to Protect Prop 13 and make sure it is fully implemented.  All public offices belong to the taxpayers and I have proven myself to be the taxpayers’ best friend having returned billions of tax dollars to their rightful owner – you!

I am a 40 year resident of Paso Robles. I have applied my background in economics, business, farming, real estate, and appraisal to be your advocate, not the servant of the bureaucratic insiders.

I am proud of the work we’ve accomplished.  I have a keen understanding of the issues facing San Luis Obispo County and I have the energy and commitment to keep fighting for taxpayers.

I am seeking your vote for Assessor to continue working tirelessly on behalf of property owners and taxpayers to assure that property assessment is accurate and fair.
